The idea of used furnishings may not appeal to a number of people, but should scoffers set eyes on the Greene Ave. Bench Collection, I'm fairly certain most would change their views.

Creatives from 31 & Change have come up with a very extraordinary way of [rescuing cast off seating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/j395-chair-series) from curbs and junkyards. Unique wooden chairs are stripped own, separated from their scuffed and split seats, and merged with two other completely different models to produce a pieces of seating that can accommodate up to three people.

The red repainted frames of the individual chairs find a new home on either side of of a [smooth pale hickory plank](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ruffini). It looks to me like the Greene Ave. Bench Collection could give each abandoned chair a well-loved second life.
