As romantic and old world as it is, the [table light](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-table-light) also brings a touch of nature into the home--in a unique way, of course. By combining both a light and plant, it becomes a contemporary piece of decor that serves more than one purpose. Presented during DMY Berlin and Tent London earlier this year, the Green Lamp by Siesta has garnered some much-deserved attention. It might be a simple concept, but it has a huge impact on both aesthetic and lifestyle. Essentially, the 'trellis' portion of the light is made to look like a classic lamp while the base is a soil pot. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.4/10 - Popularity: 50% | Activity: 45% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Green Light Integration:** Combining lighting fixtures with plant features creates a unique and contemporary piece of decor. - **Natural-inspired Designs:** Incorporating elements of nature in home decor provides a sense of tranquility and connection with the environment. - **Multi-purpose Lighting:** Designing lighting fixtures that serve more than one function enhances both aesthetic appeal and practicality. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** The integration of plant features in home lighting opens up new possibilities for unique and nature-inspired designs. - **Interior Design:** Designers can explore innovative lighting solutions that bring elements of nature into living spaces to create a natural and serene atmosphere. - **Sustainable Living:** The combination of lighting and plant features promotes eco-friendly practices and encourages a deeper connection with nature. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Posh Plant-Supporting Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ample-plant-light-n1.md) - [Demure Dual-Function Hanging Planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/light-fixture-planter.md) - [Naturalistic Biophilic Lamp Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bioo-lamp.md) - [Scenic Architecture Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/architecture-inspired-table-lamp.md) - [Ecological Dual Lampshade Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-light.md) - [Plant-Inspired Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/palmetto-lamp.md) - [Money Plant-Inspired Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pilea-lamp.md) - [Ambient Grow Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aura-ambient-grow-light.md) - [Plant-Cultivating Home Furnishings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lg-4.md)
