Created by Japanese brand Green House, which specializes in creating USB products, the Branch Fan is a [desk top fan](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shark-turboblade) that can be powered by USB cable or battery. This adaptability makes it extremely convenient. The fan is designed like a log or tree branch and comes in three different colors: blue, pink and white. Oddly, the brand did not make a Branch Fan that comes in brown or a wood finish. The device also has settings that allow users to control the direction and strength of the fan. By adding a sponge to the filter of the fan, one can add in [aroma oils](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moss-humidifier-concept) and have a splendidly scented sit-down at the computer. Alternatively, one can choose to use the Branch Fan as a simple unscented desk fan. Whichever way you choose to use it, this gadget is both sleek and functional. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 8% | Activity: 17% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Playful Desk Accessories:** Creating desk accessories that incorporate elements of playfulness and modern design can offer new opportunities for innovation. - **Usb-powered Products:** The increasing demand for USB-powered accessories opens up possibilities for creating more convenient and versatile gadgets. - **Aroma-enhancing Devices:** Designing devices that incorporate aromatherapy features can provide a unique and pleasant experience for users. ### Who This Affects Most - **Consumer Electronics:** Integrating creative and functional design into consumer electronic products can attract new customers and drive innovation. - **Home Decor:** Exploring innovative designs for home decor accessories can enhance the aesthetics of living spaces and offer unique experiences to consumers. - **Personal Care:** Combining personal care products with technology and creative design can redefine everyday routines and provide added convenience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Unique Book-Inspired Fans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/book-shaped-fans.md) - [Multipurpose Living Space Fans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-circulation-fan.md) - [Florally-Inspired Ceiling Fans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blossom-ceiling-fan.md) - [Two-in-One Rechargeable Desk Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/appliance-concept.md) - [Lamp-Equipped Fan Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/abode-gale-fan.md) - [Ultra-Flexible Portable Tiny Fans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-fans.md) - [Rectangular Bladeless Fans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rectangular-bladeless-fans.md) - [Revived Retro Fans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heritage-fan.md) - [Zen Workstation Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bonsai-desk-lamp.md)
