The game consists of a pizza where a single slice is injected with the Giv'er Ghost Pepper Hot [Sauce](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/insane-sauce) to have diners trying their luck every time they go in for a slice. The pizza is being offered at participating locations in Atlantic Canada and Ontario, but will only be available through October 31, 2022. The Greco Pizza Pizza Roulette boasts a warning sticker right on the box to warn diners before they take a slice that they might be in for a very spicy experience. The pizza isn't recommended for children under the age of 13 or those with spicy food or hot pepper sensitivities.
