[Alter Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/truffle-chocolate-bar), which is known for its organic, non-GMO, [certified fair trade](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cannabisinfused-fair-trade-chocolate) and responsibly packaged chocolate products, is preparing to debut its [Grass](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/organic-salted-butter) Fed Milk Chocolate Collection at the 2020 Winter Fancy Food Show. In this new collection of chocolates, there are three products: Grass Fed Milk, Grass Fed Milk With Salted Almonds and Grass Fed Milk With Rice Crunch. Each of these bars is said to share a rich and creamy experience thanks to 46% Peruvian cocoa sourced from fair trade farms that rely on restorative farming methods.

While many consumers are familiar with seeing grass-fed meat or dairy products in stores, this collection of chocolates offers a sweet way to appeal to the ingredient-conscious individual.
