Some of us are not satisfied to simply listen to music; many would be thrilled with the option of playing around with their favorite tracks, especially by means of the convenience of their mobile phones. The GrandWizard [smartphone delivers this freedom](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/playful-phone-experimentation) in the form of a compact audio-editing control panel that doubles as a cellphone.

This cutting-edge concept has been fine-tuned since Yu Hiraoka's earlier model. This one was showcased in Milan Design Week 2013 and features a new and very sleek aluminum case. The device comprises a dual-component sliding mechanism with three separate sections each. The user is afforded three screens on the top, and a click wheel on either side of its touch panel in the center. The GrandWizard smartphone is a [tiny turntable for mp3 tracks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/amuni-studio) with which you can remix music.
