The space is a minimal building that is defined by its natural tones and earthy palette in order to reach the goal of evoking [tranquil energy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sanctum-house) throughout the location. Other design elements include the neutral patterns that are seen throughout the residence to capture a sense of visual continuity. Materials are led by linen and jute to create an organic feel and enhance the warm energy of the place. The lobby is also decorated with a set of custom built-in structures including the cabinets and shelves, coming together to have a touch of practicality as well.
