Swiss design firm [Leopold Banchini Architects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/asympta) designs Goodbye Horses, which is a [listening and wine bar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/commune-design) nestled in East London's De Beauvoir neighborhood. The entire space uses natural materials throughout the interior and it follows through the chairs, lighting, changing table, handrails, and more -- all of which are made from a single tree.

The founder of the studio, Leopold Banchini shares the design notion with Dezeen, noting "The aim was to create a contemporary space deeply rooted in the long-lasting tradition of English pubs. As in most pubs, the space revolves around a [central wooden bar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cafe-franois). In this case, the long wooden structure is a bar, a cooking counter and a table; thus, the relation between staff and customers is less constrained."
