[Golden Leaf](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kids-buffet), an award-winning restaurant located in Hong Kong, has teamed up with boutique gin brand Two Moons Distillery to launch a unique Cantonese tasting menu consisting of several [gin-infused dishes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mr-whites-london-dry-gin).

Offered for a limited time (now until January 31), Golden Leaf will provide guests with an eight-course menu centered around Two Moons [specialty gin](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beyond-the-pour). According to the restaurant, the gin has been used to elevate the taste profiles of each dish -- an unusual but exciting method not common to traditional Chinese cooking.

Standout dishes include a sliced drunken chicken marinated in Two Moons Dry Gin, stuffed and sautéed prawns featuring a Dry Gin fragrance and yuzu honey, and sautéed pork infused with Two Moons’ Calamansi Gin.
