Contemporary artist Koo Jeong A is successful in creating engaging performative art thanks to his [glow-in-the-dark skateparks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/25-hour-skatepark). The South Korean creative's latest work is installed at the Triennale Milano, taking up a sizable chunk of the ground floor of the institution.

Koo Jeong A's glow-in-the-dark skatepark is part of an exhibition series, titled 'Year of Play.' Curated by Julia Peyton-Jones and Lorenza Baroncelli, the collection expands on the "[importance of physical interaction](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/playful-sculptures) in an increasingly digital world." As a result, Koo Jeong A's installation, which is documented under the name of 'OooOoO,' is open to the public for use. While the [fluorescent paint](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crafted-world-exhibition-1) ensures different experiences when lights are on and off, the artist also worked with electronic music producer Koreless, who created a special soundtrack for the experience. The music also works in tandem with the lighting system.
