Setting a time that's convenient for all parties involved in a project can be hard. Circa is an app that manages time more efficiently. Through it, global collaboration is made simpler by breaking down visually when people are not only awake, but optimally available for a meeting. Designed by Carbon12, an Austin design agency that 17-year Frog veteran Collin Cole recently founded, the [global collaboration app](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/global-sync-meetings) boasts a simple interface that is easy to follow. Great for both smartphones as well as the [Apple](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/time-management) Watch, it also provides "a basic list you can tap into to reveal whether you’re on time, too early, or too late to a meeting today," writes [Fast Co Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fairground-ai-creator-tv). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.1/10 - Popularity: 46% | Activity: 69% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Global Collaboration:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in improving efficiency and convenience in global team collaboration. - **Time Management:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in developing apps or tools that help manage time across different time zones. - **Simplified Interface:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in designing user-friendly interfaces for collaboration apps. ### Where This Applies - **Communication and Collaboration:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in developing new apps and platforms to facilitate global collaboration. - **Mobile Technology:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in creating mobile applications that enhance global collaboration and time management. - **Design and User Experience:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in designing intuitive interfaces for global collaboration apps. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Global Time Zone Navigators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/what-is-the-time.md) - [Consolidated Calendar Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/consolidated-calendar-apps.md) - [Collaborative Time Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/timezone-gpt.md) - [Global Time Trackers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/global-time-trackers.md) - [Timezone Planning Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/timezone-planner.md) - [Global Time Coordination](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/when-they-work.md) - [Global Time Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/global-time-tools.md) - [Meeting-Canceling Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cala.md) - [Time Zone Coordination](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/worldzap.md)
