The collection features a number of [delicate glass pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/upglas-collection) that hold fruit in obscure ways that are more artistic than functional. Many of the pieces hold a striking resemblance to other kitchen staples like [martini glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/martini-shot-glass) and stir sticks, but combine them in ways that are both strong in silhouette and dainty in design. While they're not meant for the average kitchen, the Tutti Frutti Glass Sculptures hang and pierce fruits to showcase the beauty of [fresh produce](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/banana-lamp) by utilizing clear glass. Fabrica explains that the collection is, "in a perfect balance between the multicoloured verve of different fruits and the fragility of glass." ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.9/10 - Popularity: 35% | Activity: 15% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Artistic Fruit Displays:** Opportunity for artists and designers to create innovative fruit displays that showcase the beauty of fresh produce in an artistic and visually appealing way. - **Functional Glass Sculptures:** Potential for glass sculptures that serve a dual purpose of holding fruit while also functioning as aesthetic pieces of art. - **Innovative Produce Containers:** Demand for unique and innovative containers that highlight the natural beauty of fruits and vegetables and create an engaging visual experience for consumers. ### Who This Affects Most - **Art and Design:** Artists and designers can explore new ways to create functional and visually stunning fruit displays that elevate the presentation of fresh produce. - **Glassware:** Glassware manufacturers can develop innovative fruit holders and sculptures that combine functionality with artistic design. - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can incorporate fruit displays into their product offerings, creating unique and eye-catching pieces that serve as both functional and decorative items. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Paper Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fragmenti.md) - [Dynamic Colored Glass Bowls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tip-top-glass.md) - [Fruit-Inspired Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fruitinspired-furniture-collection.md) - [Fruit-Inspired Design Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soft-grounds.md) - [Statement Glass Curvaceous Glassware](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/juno-collection.md) - [Broken-Aesthetic Sculpture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brokenaesthetic-sculpture-collection.md) - [Glass Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cassina-2.md) - [Natural Material Bottle Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fuwa-fuwa-collection.md) - [Wabi-Sabi-Informed Green Glassware](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/green-glassware.md)
