Dale Chihuly is the mind behind the glass blowing app named after him.

Chihuly, available now in the [Apple](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/liquid-glass1) App Store, is based on Dale’s years of work as a [glass blowing artist](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polaris). His breathtaking, colorful work has been displayed all over the world and now he’s sharing the art form with smartphone users in a simple to use glass blowing app.

The app is very straightforward and begins with a regular piece of glass. Users literally blow on their [iPhone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sabine-marcelis-1) screen and the glass moves in response to the strength of the blow. A strong blow will transform the glass a lot, so be careful. Once the glass is in the desired form, colors can be played with and entire installations can be created.
