The firm has revamped the interior of the Mordi e Fuggi Restaurant in Bologna, giving its walls a cool sketched appearance. The wall covering selected for the Mordi e Fuggi Restaurant is called 'Vitality,' and it is a black and white illustrated wall that has "windows" featuring bits of green leaves. Charming and providing the restaurant with an artistic touch, 'Vitality' by Glamora Creative Wallcoverings "ironically injects a contemporary style into a subject matter designed to invoke nostalgia," describes the Retail Design Blog. As you'll see from the gallery, the company also offers several other wall designs, including one with [gigantic watercolor florals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/printed-decors) and another, more contemporary one that features striations of white. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.4/10 - Popularity: 91% | Activity: 94% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Artistic Wallcoverings:** Glamora Creative Wallcoverings' charming illustrated walls highlights the trend towards artistic wallcoverings, creating opportunities for artists and designers to create unique and creative wall art for interior spaces. - **Contemporary Nostalgia:** The juxtaposition of contemporary designs injected into subjects meant to invoke nostalgia, like Glamora's 'Vitality' wallcovering, demonstrates a trend towards contemporary nostalgia, opening up opportunities for designers and artists to reinterpret classic designs with a modern twist. - **Gigantic Florals:** Glamora Creative Wallcoverings' oversized watercolor floral wall design represents a trend towards oversized statement pieces on walls, creating opportunities for designers and artists to create impactful wall art that adds character and personality to interior spaces. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Interior Design:** The trend towards artistic and contemporary wallcoverings offers opportunities for interior designers to incorporate unique and impactful designs into spaces, enhancing the overall aesthetic and experience. - **Art and Design:** The trend towards oversized and impactful statement wall art creates opportunities for artists and designers to create unique and creative designs for interior spaces. - **Hospitality:** The use of Glamora Creative Wallcoverings' charming illustrated walls in the Mordi e Fuggi Restaurant demonstrates opportunities for hospitality businesses to create memorable and visually engaging spaces by incorporating artistic and unique wallcoverings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Folk Art-Inspired Wallpapers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/backdrop.md) - [Texturized Decorative Wall Panels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/decorative-wall-panels.md) - [Renter-Friendly Wallpaper Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/renter-friendly-wallpaper.md) - [Famed Paintings-Covered Restaurants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frescohallen.md) - [Modern Milan Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hotel-calimala-milano.md) - [Dynamic Restaurant Wall Decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/donna.md) - [Warm African-Inspired Dining Rooms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sketch-restaurant1.md) - [Textural Wallcovering Technologies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wallcovering-technology.md) - [Fashionable Wall Coverings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fashionable-wall-coverings.md)
