She makes these stunning images of cute little girls. Chen Ke's paintings bear references to [cartoon art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kenny-scharf-and-axel) with experimental elements of Western master artists as well as traditional Chinese paintings, creating an exciting mix. The 30-year-old Chinese artist and her artworks have already been shown in [art exhibitions worldwide](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kasashima-gallery) like the Museum Moderner Kunst Stiftung Ludwig Wien (AUT) and the [National Art Museum of China](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hello-kitty-as-i-change-so-does-she) in Beijing (CN). Her new exhibition “Another Me in the World” will be hosted by Kunstverein Viernheim in Germany. The show is on from the June 19th-July 18th. I believe this will be worth a visit if you are in the region this summer. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.4/10 - Popularity: 68% | Activity: 27% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Modern](https://www.trendhunter.com/modern) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Cartoon Art:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore the integration of cartoon art elements into different artistic styles and mediums, creating unique and engaging visual experiences. - **Experimental Art:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Combine different artistic techniques, such as Western master artists' approaches and traditional Chinese paintings, to create innovative and thought-provoking artworks. - **Emerging Young Artists:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Support and promote the work of young artists from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing platforms for their talent to be showcased globally. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Art Exhibitions:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Rethink the concept of art exhibitions, incorporating interactive elements and immersive experiences to engage and captivate audiences. - **Cultural Exchange:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Facilitate cross-cultural collaborations and exchanges between artists from different regions, fostering the creation of unique artistic styles and influences. - **Art Collecting:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Embrace technological advancements, such as blockchain, to revolutionize the art collecting industry, ensuring transparency, authenticity, and accessibility for both artists and collectors. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Manga-Style Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hisashi-eguchi.md) - [Playful Balloon Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/keff-joons.md) - [Biology-Inspired Porcelain Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shiyuan-xu.md) - [Kyoto-Inspired Solo Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ode-to-kyoto.md) - [Mesmerizing Sculpture Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mesmerizing-sculpture.md) - [Glass Beaded Intricate Artworks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/painting-exhibition.md) - [Raunchy Anime-Inspired Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manuela-soto-sosa.md) - [Suburban-Inspired Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/suburbaninspired-art-exhibition.md) - [Glamorous Artful Bronze Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sweet-jane.md)
