The two-storey structure has living quarters, a laboratory, a containment unit and a fireman's pole. The miniature set recreation is also adorned with references from the movie. Some of these include a slime-covered toaster, a refrigerator filled with frozen pizza, milk and cheese. The Ghostbusters firehouse will also house LEGO characters from the film including Peter Venkman, Raymond Stantz, Egon Spengler, Winston Zeddemore as well as some ghosts. The extremely detailed and intricate construction project can be owned by the public when the firehouse goes on sale in January 2016. This will also set the stage for the Ghostbusters reboot set to hit theaters a few months later. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.6/10 - Popularity: 37% | Activity: 63% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Viral](https://www.trendhunter.com/viral) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Movie-inspired LEGO Sets:** Opportunity for LEGO to create more intricate and detailed sets based on popular movie franchises. - **Collectible LEGO Sets:** Opportunity for LEGO to create limited edition sets that will appeal to collectors and enthusiasts. - **Interactive LEGO Sets:** Opportunity for LEGO to incorporate interactive elements into their sets, such as movable pieces and hidden surprises. ### Who This Affects Most - **Toy Industry:** Future for LEGO and other toy companies to continue creating innovative and imaginative products. - **Movie Industry:** Opportunity for filmmakers to collaborate with toy companies and create products that complement their films. - **Entertainment Industry:** Opportunity for companies to create new experiences for consumers by combining physical play with digital technology. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Film-Themed Building Block Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sactum-sactorum.md) - [Horror Film-Inspired Brick Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ideas-jaws-set.md) - [Fandom-Honoring Building Block Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fandomhonoring-building-block-sets.md) - [Sitcom Building Block Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-ideas-the-office.md) - [Monster-Honoring Puzzle Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/godzilla-lego.md) - [Nostalgic Film-Inspired Puzzle Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/boos-door.md) - [Sci-Fi Tower-Inspired Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baraddr.md) - [Sci-Fi Film Toy Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-icons-project-hail-mary-set.md) - [Spooky Gamer Toy Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-super-mario-luigis-mansion.md)
