They are located throughout the U.S., Asia, Europe and the Middle East. The [interactive sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/playful-sculptures) have a vertical design that allows children to climb and seek out the hidden nuances of the curious jungle gym. The wonder in Spencer's work is not only that it fosters a positive and inclusive environment for children, but that it is also a [stand-alone art piece](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/play-pavilion) that beautifully ties in to the encapsulating setting of the housing facility. Luckey strives to create [gender neutral playground structures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-boulder-park) through setting white as a predominant color and choosing natural shapes. This allows the children to establish their own narrative within the space, while in the meantime exploring a passion for architecture and design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.3/10 - Popularity: 94% | Activity: 88% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Life-Stages](https://www.trendhunter.com/life-stages) > [Youth](https://www.trendhunter.com/youth) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Gender-neutral Playgrounds:** Opportunity for designing inclusive play spaces that promote equality and diversity. - **Interactive Sculptures:** Potential to create engaging and immersive experiences for children through interactive art installations. - **Vertical Design:** Innovation in playground structures that encourage climbing and exploration. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Architectural Design:** Opportunity for architects to incorporate interactive and inclusive playground structures into their designs. - **Art Installations:** Disruptive potential for artists to merge art and play by creating interactive sculptures for public spaces. - **Housing Facilities:** Opportunity for housing developers to enhance their properties by integrating innovative and visually appealing playground structures. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Public Playground Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/welcome-little-stranger.md) - [Landmark-Inspired Sleek Playgrounds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/doha-modern-playground.md) - [Abstract Colorfully Vibrant Playscapes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wired-scape.md) - [Generational-Lasting Dynamic Playgrounds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mike-hewson-2.md) - [Explorative Artwork Playground Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-cuddly-playground.md) - [Nature-Inspired Indoor Playgrounds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sarit-shani-hay.md) - [Heritage Sound Playgrounds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hornscape-playground.md) - [Bright Playful Sport Playgrounds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-and-nike.md) - [Vibrant Inclusive Playground Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/falling-into-place.md)
