Benefit, the LVMH-owned color cosmetics brand, recently joined forces with several female gaming influencers in its new digital initiative. The campaign includes five of leading e-sports company Gen.G’s most popular female gamer including Kristen Valnicek, Gina Darling, Nicki Taylor, and Jayden Diaz.
The female gamer influencers group will appear with host Eleanor Barner to discuss their beauty routines and life as a professional gamer. Barners will also showcase a custom 'Fame Face' make-up aesthetic for each gamer. The videos can be viewed on Benefit’s Instagram and YouTube channels.
As gaming becomes more popular with female-identifying demographics, we can expect to see other beauty brands leveraging female gamers as brand ambassadors.
