In the middle of the office is a huge white concrete block that connects the two main buildings, which is the centerpiece of the design. The building offers a spacious area to work. The Galilée Office Building maintains what The Contemporist calls a "homogenous treatment of the façades." This building also has a [green roof](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/office-for-roundtable) to help the environment. **Implications** - Seeing a well-designed, environmentally friendly, avant-garde structure like this is the perfect encouragement that architects and corporations need when it comes to developing new buildings. Not only is this gorgeous structure good for aesthetics, it's good for the longevity of this planet. That is a building I can get behind. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.7/10 - Popularity: 85% | Activity: 48% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Avant-garde Architecture:** The Galilée Office Building showcases avant-garde design and inspires architects to explore innovative building structures. - **Environmentally Friendly Buildings:** The green roof of the Galilée Office Building highlights the importance of eco-friendly construction, providing an opportunity for companies in the sustainable building industry. - **Homogenous Façades:** The Galilée Office Building's consistent treatment of the façades illustrates a trend towards seamless and uniform external building designs, opening doors for companies in the architectural industry. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** The Galilée Office Building's unique shape and design features offer disruptive innovation opportunities in architecture and construction. - **Sustainable Building:** The eco-friendly aspects of the Galilée Office Building emphasize the potential for disruption and growth in the sustainable building industry. - **Construction:** The Galilée Office Building's innovative features present opportunities for disruptive technologies and processes in the construction industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Stacked Pebble-Inspired Towers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/calais-port-tower.md) - [Dynamic Concrete Modern Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shire.md) - [Urban Natural Expansive Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/office-national-des-forts.md) - [Office Building Rainbow Facades](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vertical-rainbow-office.md) - [Feminine Silhouette Tall Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/telus-sky-tower.md) - [Organic Striking Tower Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-leaves.md) - [Graphic-Accented Brutalist Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jean-verville.md) - [Ultra-Sleek Law Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sid-lee-architecture1.md) - [Sophisticated Government Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sophisticated-government-office.md)
