The company starts off the process with a 45% wheat mash bill and blends that together with water drawn from the Triassic Basin Aquifer in Hillsborough, North Carolina -- this is also where the distillery is based. After it is ready, the distillery will then start strapping five of its [wheat bourbon barrels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/straight-wheat-whiskey) that board a flight on a [SpaceX](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mystic-galactic) rocket and then ships the alcohol out to a low-Earth orbit. There, it spends about a year aging in space before it is sent back and then bottled.
