The Further Hotel brings diffused hospitality to rural Bali by arranging ten [terracotta-toned suites](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-mandarin-oriental-the-landmark) across several low buildings integrated into the village of Pererenan. The project by MORQ uses textured plaster, brick screens and concrete planes to create a warm architectural language that blends into the surrounding landscape. Interiors by [Studio Wenden](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alloa-hills-weekend-home) focus on natural materials such as timber, stone, and iron while keeping spaces open and calm through a restrained palette. Guest rooms include outdoor-style bathrooms, private terraces, and simple layouts that emphasise airflow and natural light.

The hotel extends across local streets rather than a single enclosed compound, encouraging guests to move between suites, gardens and shared functions as part of the daily rhythm of the village. Amenities include a rooftop pool, a compact bistro, a café, and a small retail space that supports surf culture in the area.
