Pillsbury's new Funfetti Pancake Mix was recently spotted by the eagle-eyed Instagrammer @snackbetch. According to the package, the new product is a "complete buttermilk pancake and waffles mix with candy bits." All consumers need to do is add water and they can instantly transform the dry mix into a stack of fluffy, birthday cake-flavored pancakes. While funfetti has been popular for quite some time, there's a special reason why Pillsbury has debuted a Funfetti Pancake Mix. According to the brand, Funfetti is turning 30 on September 19th and what better way to celebrate than to wake up to candy-studded pancakes first thing in the morning.
