What makes these products so special is that they look like pieces of art. When visiting the brand's [Etsy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/create-a-wedding-registry) site, there are a variety of lollipops that feature pictures of animals and places, psychedelic patterns, [zombies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bazooka-candy-brands-halloween), famous art pieces (i.e. the Mona Lisa) and even the solar system. At first glance, one might mistake them for over-sized marbles instead of candy. Artistically imprinted candy like this would be a great item in souvenir stores, specialized candy stores and even at events like a concert. These products would be a great branding tool as well; companies can place images on the lollipops to impress a new and memorable experience for consumers. The LIQNYC lollipops are a delight to both children and adults. This fun candy product is both tasty and visually appealing. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.6/10 - Popularity: 72% | Activity: 58% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Handcrafted Artisan Candy:** The trend of handcrafted artisan candy is disrupting the traditional candy industry, creating new opportunities for customization and unique experiences. - **Artistic Candy Designs:** The trend of creating artistic candy designs is disrupting the way people perceive candy, opening up opportunities for novelty products and innovative branding campaigns. - **Specialty Souvenir Candies:** The trend of creating specialty souvenir candies is disrupting the tourist industry, providing new opportunities for unique and memorable souvenirs that can be customized to each location. ### Who This Affects Most - **Candy Manufacturing:** The candy manufacturing industry can capitalize on the trend of handcrafted artisan candies by offering customizable and unique products that emphasize the artistry and creativity of their manufacturing process. - **Tourism:** The tourism industry can capitalize on the trend of specialty souvenir candies by offering unique and memorable souvenirs that are tailored to each location, providing a personalized and distinctive experience for tourists. - **Marketing and Advertising:** The marketing and advertising industry can capitalize on the trend of artistic candy designs by incorporating unique and eye-catching candy creations into branding campaigns, creating a lasting impression on consumers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Novelty Gelato Pops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gelato-pop.md) - [Luxe Cotton Candy Treats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/art-of-sucre.md) - [Better-For-You Halloween Lollipops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zolli-candy-seasonal-packaging.md) - [CBD-Infused Candies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cbd-lollipops-1.md) - [Street Art-Style Gummy Packaging](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jolly-rancher-gummies.md) - [Gum-Filled Zero-Sugar Lollipops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zolli-gum-popz.md) - [Candy-Inspired Sodas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/candy-lips.md) - [Celebratory Lollipop Candy Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sees-candies-lollypalooza-box.md) - [Filled-Center Cheese Lollipops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cheese-lollipop.md)
