# Marvelous Mosaic Seats The Fulo ‘Bits' Bench Brings Unconventional Comfort By Renee Ramsarran | Published 2011-02-12 | Eco Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fulo-bits-bench References: [designboom](http://www.designboom.com/weblog/cat/8/view/13112/fulo-bits-bench.html) & [fulo.se](http://www.fulo.se/work/-bits/) The Fulo ‘Bits’ Bench has been covered with tiny blue triangles of birch plywood. You would think the [unconventional material used for the upholstery](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bultan-chair) would be hard and uncomfortable to sit on. However, the faceted exterior allows the furniture to bend, flex and conform to the body. There is also an [adjustable pillow](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slim-collection), that can be placed wherever the user finds the most comfort. The cozy Fulo ‘Bits’ Bench design would be an excellent use for [wood scraps previously destined for landfills](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-cresta).
