It consists of "two layers of chocolate and vanilla ice cream separated by a layer of Carvel’s signature Crunchies," all of which is topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. The ice cream pint version managed to cram the entire cake into a single container, including a layer of chocolate ice cream, a layer of vanilla ice cream, chocolate crunchies, fudge frosting, and a sprinkling of chocolate crunchies on top.
