The program will provide users with an incentive to purchase the electric motorcycle, which will be sold for a $29,799 price point. However, due to the program buyers may be enticed by the offsetting cost of free charging. The Harley-Davidson electric motorcycle will soon be available for purchase. The model is the first electric vehicle produced by the brand, which has created anticipation for the bikes release.
