Talk about [freaky robots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/engineai-robotics)! This is the amazingly mobile A-Pod robot, created by technics at Zenta. It is a variety of the [hexapod](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/carpentopod), which looks and moves a lot like a real ant. It can move its head extremely well and all its body parts are very flexible.

The video demonstrates the A-pod movements and sees it picking up various objects. Quite scary almost.

I just watched Terminator 2 last night, and looking at this, there is no telling when the [machines will take over](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tron-2) and whip our asses.
