FREAKS freearchitects, a French design studio, has revamped the interior of Parisian cosmetics shop, Heliocosm. The interior now has at its center a [rectangular timber tunnel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/atelier-xk) that connects the front and back of the store.

Offering contrast to the store's vivid turquoise walls, the tunnel is essentially a long wooden passageway that leads from the front workshop area to a lounge in the back. The tunnel has been cut on one side to create a big window, and inside this large timber box are integrated shelves that provide display space for Heliocosm's products.

With a small budget of 100,000 Euros, the designers at FREAKS freearchitects have definitely done an amazing job for the [cosmetics store](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cosmetic-clinic). If you're curious, Heliocosm is a shop that allows customers to [mix their own natural beauty products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/innisfree-store) under the supervision of professional "tutors."
