Foundry 45 Generates Unique Material to Suit Diverse Client Needs

Foundry 45 is an Atlanta-based virtual reality experience creator and 360-degree video producer that’s worked with companies like AT&T, US Bank, and IBM’s The Weather Company. During Trend Hunter’s Future Festival Atlanta event, Foundry 45 will be present to showcase its different services, and the latest virtual reality technology that it integrates into its experiences.

One of Foundry 45’s specialties is VR training content, which has become a popular educational supplement that enables employees to learn in an experiential environment that’s engaging, cost-efficient, and highly effective. Foundry 45’s work with IBM’s The Weather Company really speaks to the effectiveness of its VR training content, with the two joining to educate employees on the different features and functions within TWC’s new app.

Foundry 45’s goal was to make the experience both memorable and entertaining for TWC’s employees, resulting in a gamified interactive environment that placed them in the heart of the city center. While they had their headsets on, employees were able to test out the app, and were even able to send out a snow storm warning, which later triggered one within the game. Once the storm had commenced, they gained points for throwing balls of solar energy at the different areas of snow covering the city center and removing them. After the success of the first training program, Foundry 45 was invited to bring the experience to three other events around the US for TWC.
