# Animalized Storage Ideas Forest Friends Boxes Turns Bin into a Cute Friend By Christopher DeLuca | Published 2011-06-10 | Pop Culture Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forest-friends-boxes References: [etsy](http://www.etsy.com/listing/75569518/forest-friends-box-fox-owl-bunny-rabbit?ref=fp_treasury_4) & [flickr](http://www.flickr.com/photos/hoganfe/) Forest Friends Boxes is a set of three bins that will add a dash of personality to your home. The animals in the set include a bunny, an owl and a rabbit. All three in the set have over-sized ears that protrude over the top of the bin and give these creatures some distinct personality. What I really like about the Forest Friends Boxes is that it comes in a series of three animals that are all meant to embody noble virtues: the owl is indicative of wisdom, the rabbit represents patience and the fox signifies cunning. These boxes would make the perfect gift for a kid or for just about anyone that loves furry little creatures. Check out the Etsy store if you are interested in having your own. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.8/10 - Popularity: 40% | Activity: 65% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Animal-inspired Storage Solutions:** Incorporating animal designs into storage solutions can add a touch of personality and charm to home decor. - **Embodying Virtues in Design:** Designing products that symbolize noble virtues like wisdom, patience, and cunning can offer a unique and meaningful user experience. - **Gifting with Quirky Storage:** Quirky storage options featuring cute animal designs can serve as thoughtful and whimsical gift choices for both children and animal enthusiasts. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can explore the incorporation of animal-inspired storage solutions to provide customers with functional yet visually appealing products. - **Children's Products:** The children's products industry can capitalize on the demand for unique and whimsical storage options by offering animal-designed bins that embody noble virtues. - **Gifts and Novelties:** The gifts and novelties industry can tap into the market for quirky and charming storage solutions, particularly those featuring animal designs, to cater to consumers looking for distinctive and memorable gifts. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Winged Storage Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flutterbox.md) - [Pet-Friendly Seamless Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bink-rabbit-goods.md) - [Eco-Friendly Organized Containers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tronco.md) - [Whimsical Storage Baskets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mini-mushroom-woven-basket.md) - [Eco Cork Organizers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cork-box.md) - [Adorable Luxurious Storage Compartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxurious-storage-compartment.md) - [Toy-Specific Storage Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/step2.md) - [Metallic Multifunctional Storage Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kabine-101.md) - [Independence-Encouraging Toy Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toy-storage-box.md)
