Best of it this inspired building can be found in Littlehampton - not of the UK's most popular seaside resorts. As such, naturally it has become known as The Toast of Sussex. The [East Beach Cafe](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shanghai-grand-opera-house) was designed by Thomas Heatherwick to look like slices of burnt toast in a rack.
