The Followatch is a unique new concept that was entered into the 2013 Red Dot Design Award competition, challenging the predictable look of the two-handed dial. Together, Jeun Eun Seng, Yu Jaehoon, Kim Jin Hyck, Yeo Hwa Jeong and Lee Pyeong Deung came up with an exaggerated [ring that dominates the wrist](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casio-crw0011jr) between its two black straps. The actual face of the chronograph, however, is a much smaller circle that sits within this round frame.
