# Autonomous Orb Lamps The Flying Moon & Sun by Nedeljkovska Uses Mobile Light and Circadian Color By Amy Duong | Published 2026-04-05 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flying-moon-sun References: [linkedin](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ivana-nedeljkovska-b09651347/) The Flying Moon & Sun lamp by Nedeljkovska is a concept lighting system composed of two glowing orbs that move autonomously through a space rather than remaining fixed in one position. Each orb is designed around a different light temperature, with a warm-toned sphere supporting alertness and a cooler-toned version encouraging rest, aligning illumination with the body’s [natural circadian rhythm](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wake-lamp). The defining feature is mobility, where the orbs drift toward areas where light is needed, such as approaching a doorway at night before the user reaches it. This behavior removes the need for switches, controls, or repositioning, allowing the lamp to respond passively to presence and movement. The [smooth glass forms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/miror-collection) and diffused glow are designed to feel natural rather than technical, with [no visible interface](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/call-it-a-day) or configuration required.
