The yacht is characterized by its 360-foot length that is achieved with steel for the hull along with aluminum for the superstructure to give it enhanced rigidity. Three decks on the yacht provide ample space for amenities such as multiple staterooms, a large infinity pool, an unobstructed viewing section at the top and more. The Asquared Naval Design 'Fluyt' yacht concept is imagined with a [hybrid propulsion system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hybrid-jet-ski-yacht) that would make use of 1,500-square-feet of solar panels set out across the top deck to help charge the system. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.5/10 - Popularity: 95% | Activity: 60% | Freshness: 11% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Autos](https://www.trendhunter.com/autos) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Hybrid Propulsion:** Hybrid propulsion systems for yachts utilizing solar technology - **Luxury Yachts:** The trend of ultra-luxury yachts with multiple levels of amenities and innovations - **Sustainable Yachts:** The trend of designing and building yachts with sustainable and eco-friendly materials and technologies ### Sectors Adopting This - **Marine:** Opportunities for marine engineering companies to develop and implement eco-friendly technologies for yachts and boats - **Hospitality:** Companies in the hospitality industry can leverage the trend of luxury yachts to offer unique and exclusive vacation experiences - **Renewable Energy:** Renewable energy companies can collaborate with yacht manufacturers to provide sustainable power options for yachts and boats ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Solar Panel Luxe Superyachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flame-superyacht.md) - [Sleek Hybrid Racing Yachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inception-24m-yacht.md) - [Opulent Eco-Friendly Yacht Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oneiric-yacht.md) - [Tech-Packed Yacht Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hyper-concept-yacht.md) - [Opulent Catamaran Yachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sunreef-55-ultima.md) - [Hydrodynamic Avian-Inspired Yachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wakinyan-catamaran-yacht.md) - [Water-Reflecting Superyacht Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pegasus-88m-superyacht-concept.md) - [Helium-Filled Airship Yachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-yacht.md) - [Mono-Hulled Yacht Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shadowcat-shadowolf.md)
