Daily activities that are effortless for some are very challenging for others, but the Flume Bathtub hopes to change that -- at least when it comes to showering. It is a [shower system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/upfall-shower) that targets [disabled individuals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ikea-bsingen). It not only allows them to sit down comfortably and conveniently while they clean themselves, the Flume Bathtub also allows them to [slip into it from their wheelchairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mobidry).

Designed by Kim Jung Su, Yoon Ji Soo and Kim Dong Hwan, the Flume Bathtub is so beneficial, it recently received a Red Dot design concept award. Working like a playground seesaw, the Flume Bathtub swings forward for easy access and then swings back to allow for a more relaxed lounging position.
