All of the shots were taken over what was formerly known as the [municipality of Anna Paulowna](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/netherlands-pavilion), which as of January 1, 2012 was amalgamated with three other towns into a larger municipality now known as Hollands Kroon. The tulip has been a symbol of the Netherlands since 1953, when the first tulip was planted on Holland soil.
