This brilliant booze accessory is called The Drink Preserver, and is designed to keep drinks afloat while in water. This [inflatable cocktail holder](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cdm30) is perfect for pool lounging days. Typically flotation devices and life preservers are designed to keep people safe, but this cute cup holder was created to take pool lounging to the next level. While this preserver holds solo cups perfectly, it can also hold water bottles. Whatever your drink of choice is, The Drink Preserver will keep it from going under. This [floating drink device](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-jug-hugger) is made from vinyl, and it's reasonably priced, so there's really no reason not to invest in one. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.9/10 - Popularity: 12% | Activity: 7% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Inflatable Cocktail Holders:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop more stylish and customizable inflatable cocktail holders for pool parties. - **Flotation Devices:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create multipurpose flotation devices that can hold drinks and also provide support for swimmers. - **Pool Accessories:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design innovative pool accessories that enhance the overall pool lounging experience, such as floating snack trays or waterproof speakers. ### Who This Affects Most - **Outdoor Recreation:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate technology into outdoor recreation products, such as inflatable cocktail holders with built-in wireless charging capabilities. - **Hospitality and Tourism:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Collaborate with resorts and hotels to create branded inflatable cocktail holders as unique promotional items for their poolside guests. - **Event Planning:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Offer rental services for inflatable cocktail holders to be used at events, such as weddings or corporate parties, providing a unique and interactive experience for attendees. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Floating Cabana Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/floating-cabana-bar.md) - [Insulated Drink Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/puffin-drinkware.md) - [Garment-Inspired Drink Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/puffin-drinkware-the-aloha.md) - [Humorous Cocktail-Inspired Pull Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buzzballz-pool.md) - [Vibrant Seltzer-Backed Floaties](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/truly-x-minnidip.md) - [Floating Bar-Style Docks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bote-inflatable-dock-hangout-classic.md) - [Floating Foam Drink Coolers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foam-portable-cooler.md) - [Insulated Tall Can Koozies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tallboy-cooler-cup.md) - [Tortilla Chip-Shaped Pool Floats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tortilla-chipshaped-pool-float.md)
