The latest line for Artecnica, the [Future Flora Pendant](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flower-power), is nothing short of incredible. Considering the [metal webbed designs come packed flat](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/allen-key-lamp) and then are re-assembled is a testament to the practical nature of the lighting’s design, while still managing to retaining its light and delicate aesthetic. The lights emulate [floral shapes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pivoine) and the effect of blooms and vines hanging from them. Also shown are Boontje’s Garland and Icarus light fixtures. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.1/10 - Popularity: 50% | Activity: 94% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Flat-packed Design:** Opportunity for businesses to create intricate and delicate designs for products that can be packed and shipped efficiently. - **Nature-inspired Lighting:** Opportunity for businesses to incorporate organic and natural forms in lighting design to create unique and visually pleasing products. - **Metal Webbed Design:** Opportunity for businesses to use intricate webbed designs in products that involve assembly or can be shipped flat to save costs and reduce waste. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Lighting:** Opportunity for lighting manufacturers to incorporate intricate designs and nature-inspired shapes in their products to create unique lighting solutions. - **Home Decor:** Opportunity for home decor businesses to offer flat-packed, easy to assemble products with elaborate designs and nature-inspired shapes. - **Furniture:** Opportunity for furniture makers to explore designs that can be flat-packed, easily assembled, and incorporate intricate webbed patterns that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Plant-Inspired Dynamic Chandeliers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/blossom-chandelier.md) - [DIY LED Flower Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/floled.md) - [Blooming Paper Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kazuhiro-yamanaka-tsubomi-lamp.md) - [Blooming Light Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bloome.md) - [Folded Timber Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flatpack-timber-lamp.md) - [Glassmaking Tubular Pendant Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flare-light.md) - [Rechargeable Illuminating Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bouquet.md) - [Petal-Inspired Glass Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bloom-wall-light.md) - [Stunningly Intricate Light Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shapes-of-light.md)
