If you have a pool at your home then you know all about rest and relaxation. Whether you use a tube, [a noodle](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/olive-garden-pool-noodles) or just [float on your own](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/haven-spectre-tent), floating in a pool can be the best way to waste away a hot day. The Kelsyus water hammock doesn't jut float on top of the water. If it did that it would more or less be a [platform for sunburn](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bote-hangout-shade) as you lay on top of your pool. Instead what it does is it dips just slightly so you can stay cool, enjoy the pool water and still lazily drift away. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 54% | Activity: 19% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Life](https://www.trendhunter.com/life) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Floating Water Hammocks:** The trend for comfortable and relaxing pool floating experiences presents opportunities for innovations in pool furniture design and materials. - **Effortless Pool Leisure:** The trend for effortless floating in pools presents opportunities for companies to investigate how new technologies and materials can create new and better products for their customers. - **Pool Comfort:** The pool comfort trend presents opportunities for companies to invest in innovative materials and designs that focus on enhancing the whole swimming pool experience on top of providing comfort while lounging in the pool. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Recreation and Leisure:** The Recreation and Leisure Industry can capitalize on the trend for floating water hammocks by investing in design and innovation to create new products that enhance or add value to people's relaxation time. - **Pool Furniture Design:** The pool furniture design industry can capitalize on the trend for effortless pool leisure by creating and improving existing products to cater to customers' convenience and create a better relaxing experience for them. - **Swimming Pool Supplies:** The Swimming Pool Supplies industry can capitalize on the pool comfort trend by creating newer and better quality materials and designs to ensure a better and more comfortable swimming pool experience for their customers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Oversized Floating Water Hammocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bote-hangout-15.md) - [Transparent Floating Pool Loungers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/funboy-super-clear-chaise-lounger.md) - [Floating Cup Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/koozie.md) - [Scandinavian-Inspired Floating Daybeds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/poolsofa.md) - [Floating Cabana Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/floating-cabana-bar.md) - [Sports-Themed Indoor Hammocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kona-gameday-hammock.md) - [Modernized Water-Friendly Outdoor Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soleil-adirondack-chair.md) - [Floating Bar-Style Docks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bote-inflatable-dock-hangout-classic.md) - [Colorful Poolside Art Inflatables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cdm30.md)
