Featuring a [floating aesthetic](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bote-hangout-15) that will enable users to lay weightless on the water's surface, the chairs include such design options as the X-Long and the X-Triangle. Covered in fabric that's durable and easy to clean, the Xpouf Floating Chairs are designed to stop leaks from occurring and won't allow water to get inside the seat. Best of all, the chairs are designed for the outdoor environment and can be left outside in direct sunlight and much more without worries that they'll get damaged. The chairs can be used in or out of the pool to suit individuals preferences. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.3/10 - Popularity: 51% | Activity: 40% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Floating Pool Furniture:** The Xpouf Floating Chairs demonstrate the trend of incorporating comfortable, lounge-style seating into pool environments. - **Durable Outdoor Design:** The Xpouf Floating Chairs highlight the trend of creating outdoor furniture that is resistant to water damage and can withstand direct sunlight. - **Versatile Pool Accessories:** The Xpouf Floating Chairs exemplify the trend of designing pool accessories that can be used both in and out of the water. ### Where This Applies - **Pool and Patio Furniture:** The pool and patio furniture industry can explore opportunities to create innovative, comfortable, and water-resistant seating options for pool environments. - **Outdoor Living Products:** The outdoor living products industry can capitalize on the demand for durable and versatile outdoor furniture that can withstand various weather conditions. - **Swimming Pool Accessories:** The swimming pool accessories industry can develop new and versatile products that enhance the poolside experience, such as floating chairs that provide comfort and relaxation. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Oversized Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fuf-xxl-beanbag-chair.md) - [Transparent Floating Pool Loungers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/funboy-super-clear-chaise-lounger.md) - [Scandinavian-Inspired Floating Daybeds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/poolsofa.md) - [Ergonomic Inflated Reclined Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/johannes-faurebrac.md) - [Ergonomic Inflatable Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/z-lounger.md) - [Inflatable Adirondack-Style Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bote-aerorondak-chair.md) - [Sleek Portable Air Recliners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zlounger.md) - [Ultra-Comfy Seating Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cushy-lounge-chair.md) - [Modernized Water-Friendly Outdoor Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soleil-adirondack-chair.md)
