# Throwable Shuttlecock Cameras Flee Takes Pics When Thrown By Ayman | Published 2008-07-11 | Tech Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flee-camera References: [likecool](http://www.likecool.com/Flee_Digital_Cam--Design--Gear.html) & [behance.net](http://www.behance.net/Gallery/flee-digital-cam/106492) **Flee** is a design concept by Hakan Bogazpinar from Turkey that enables dynamic outdoor photography. The design consists of a digital camera and a bluetooth receiver for mobile phones. When you throw it away, Flee starts taking photos in customized time intervals. These photos are then sent to the mobile device via bluetooth. The camera is contained in a Badminton shuttlecock-like package. I like the concept, but let's take it one step further and make tennis balls and shuttlecocks contain such cameras. Matches would be much more fun to watch. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 58% | Activity: 12% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Mobile](https://www.trendhunter.com/mobile) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Dynamic Outdoor Photography:** Exploring the potential of throwable cameras to capture dynamic outdoor moments. - **Bluetooth Connectivity:** Integrating bluetooth technology to wirelessly transmit photos to mobile devices. - **Sports-based Camera Integration:** Exploring the possibility of incorporating cameras into sports equipment for added entertainment value. ### Who This Affects Most - **Photography:** Opportunity to develop innovative camera designs for outdoor photography. - **Technology:** Opportunity to enhance bluetooth connectivity in camera devices. - **Sports Entertainment:** Opportunity to create sports equipment with integrated cameras to enhance viewer experience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Pebble-Shaped Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ditto-camera-concept.md) - [Point-and-Shoot-Inspired Action Cams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sony-cybershot.md) - [Easily Maneuvered Outdoor Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/duo-camera.md) - [Smart Hummingbird Feeders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/feathersnap-hummingbird-feeder.md) - [Pet-Taken Camera Initiatives](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heartography.md) - [Blockish Multipurpose Action Cams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/microsoft-lumia-action-cam.md) - [Child-Friendly Camera Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/camera-for-kids.md) - [Pebble-Shaped Effortless Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kyu.md) - [Designer Camera Printer Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polaroid-trance-camera.md)
