The new Flatizzas from subway look like just like pizza, but they are much more difficult to pronounce. This delicious invention is part flatbread and part pizza. The difficult-to-pronounce menu item would sound perfect if everyone had an Italian accent.

Subway’s chief marketing officer said it is pronounced “flah-TEE-zah.” I love pizza, so this is something I will definitely be trying it out myself the next time I am in a Subway restaurant. The new Flatizza gives Subway a way to brand a product that is something people can make at home.

[Flatbread](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pull-apart-flatbread) pizzas have become very popular with other chains using it as a menu option like [California Pizza Kitchen](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/croissant-inspired-thin-crust-pizzas) and [Olive Garden](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neverending-pasta-pass). If you like thick crust and love pizza, then the new Flatizza from Subway is perfect for you.
