The name hints at the goal of this design—"an antidote to boxy traditional speakers." The thin speakers may also be breaking a record as Brand New World claims that it is the thinnest of their kind in the world. The innovative sound system boasts two Bluetooth speakers that can attach to a subwoofer. Jovan Jelovac, the founder of Brand New World, shared that "through their pared-back aesthetic and material palette, Hidden Speakers celebrate the timeless, essentialist design ethos of [Bauhaus](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/js-thonet) icons." The thin speakers will definitely catch the eye of fans of minimalism.
