As you might have guessed from the name, the new Firecracker McCrispy is a sweet and spicy twist on the brand's signature McCrispy sandwich. The sandwich appears to be the successor to the [Hot Honey McCrispy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hot-honey-menu), which was released earlier this year. The new version consists of a crispy chicken breast topped with a [sweet, spicy, and creamy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spicy-sandwich) red jalapeno sauce, fresh lettuce, and crispy jalapenos, all served on a soft potato bun. Fans can also add a slice of hickory-smoked bacon to their Firecracker McCrispy for an extra fee, or order the sandwich as part of a combo with fries and their drink of choice.
