Made with 85% glera and 15% pinot noir grapes, the new 'Fiol Rosé' blend presents a beautiful [pale coral color](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nectar-imperial-rose). As for taste, the sparkling wine is said to produce notes and wild strawberry and raspberry, on the nose, with a palate that conjures citrus lemon and white flowers. "We aspired to produce an outstanding rosé unlike any other on the market, that would also be positioned as the go-to for everyday celebrations," said the co-founder of Fiol, Gian Lucas Passi. It appears that Passi and his team certainly struck the right balance, considering the new expression recently won a gold award at the 2021 'DB Prosecco Masters.'
