The Femke Agema SS13 collection embraces the warmer seasons in an eccentrically theatrical way. As though comprised of costumes from a strange land or an exotic staged production, the designs are dramatically anonymous and playfully quirky. It is the perfect follow up to the [fall-winter 2012](http://www.trendhunter.com/trends/femke-agema-aw12) collection dubbed Nigliktok after the inuit word for 'cold.'

Titled 'Elders,' the Femke Agema SS13 collection was inspired by people's [primordial emotional response](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/la-famiglia-collection) to the [onset of spring](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/louis-vuitton-springsummer-2026), “the simple joy we feel in being let loose into the wild to play in an environment overflowing with possibilities," as she puts it. Of course, they are not ready-to-wear outfits, but more works of art.
