Game of Thrones is officially back on the air and that means a new slew of tributes will be hitting the Internet and beyond; enter this fantasy superhero series created by Mashable illustrator Bob Al-Greene. It re-envisions George R.R. Martin's characters as heroes and villains from the [Marvel Universe](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kith-for-asics). The fantasy superheroes include Jon Snow as Iceman, Cersei as Loki, Daenerys as Storm and Arya as Wolverine.

A fun representation that blends two pop culture phenomenons into one, the fantasy superhero series is able to capture the Game of Throne personalities in a different light. Mashable writes, "Who's more sinister, Loki or Cersei? It's uncertain, but one thing's for sure: playing the game of thrones would be a lot more interesting with superpowers."
