The lamp possesses [intricate detail and design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tuloa) and is said to be an exact copy of Sauron's fortress. It was sculpted by David Tremont who actually worked on the movies, so the sculpture is pretty much as close as it gets to the real thing. This lamp is almost the opposite of a night light in that night lights are supposed to provide comfort. The eye of Sauron fantasy lamp will create that eerie feeling of continuously being watched. You might want to hide your jewelry -- especially any important rings that may or may not possess the power to rule them all. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.1/10 - Popularity: 45% | Activity: 41% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Fantasy Lamps Go High Tech:** Opportunity for incorporating smart technology into fantasy-themed lamps. - **Custom-made Collectible Lamps:** Opportunity for creating unique, custom-made collectible lamps for fans of fantasy or sci-fi genres. - **Interactive Home Decor:** Opportunity for creating home decor that responds to voice commands or remote controls. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** Home decor companies can incorporate themes from fantasy and sci-fi genres into their product offerings. - **Collectibles:** Collectibles companies can create custom-made lamps for collectors and fans of fantasy or sci-fi genres. - **Smart Home:** Smart home companies can incorporate voice command and remote control capabilities into home decor products. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Scenic Architecture Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/architecture-inspired-table-lamp.md) - [Calming Orb Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/orb-lamp1.md) - [Ethereal Space-Inspired Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wormhole-table-lamp.md) - [3D-Printed Mood Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/orbyt.md) - [Sci-Fi-Inspired Dynamic Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spacetime-transformation-lamp.md) - [Mythical Creature Garden Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/elf-welcome-solar-light.md) - [Futuristic LED Lava Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moonside-lamp-one.md) - [Imaginative Mushroom Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/white-rabbit-england.md) - [Textured Moon-Inspired Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-phase-lamp.md)
