The robot wiggles around, twists, turns, [climbs walls and flight of stairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cyber-x), swims and does a host of other things that other conventional legged or wheeled robots cannot do. What I am not sure about is the snake robot's raison d'etre. I suppose it can be used for military purposes and in law enforcement.
