The home is located on the Southern side of British Columbia and was designed by architect Chris Foyd from the local firm Bo Form -- it is home to an active couple with their three sons. Chad Falkenberg, principal at the design studio and the lead of the project notes that "The client had a clear vision for the house – a very pared back, durable and [minimalist interior but with warmth](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/texas-residence) and subtle sophistication." This can be seen as the upstairs has an [open-plan design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/marianna-tomlenovich) of a kitchen, living space, and dining room. It continues with the primary suite and two additional bedrooms, with a study, mudroom, and powder room for an expansive design.
